I really enjoy the games, especially Hexen. I guess Doom wads have kept me occupied for so long. Ones made by me for Heretic with download links.

Comes also as a just a weapons pack without the monsters too. This is literally my most advanced mechanics mod I ever made. Highly recommended to play on Software Render Mode as it corrects some of the bad clipping that happens in OpenGL mode. This mod is part of my Holy Trinity of Fantasy Doom assets, and literally the most advanced mechanically and started off as the Heretic version.

The Doom version is less robust, but contains the same core of mechanics. Much better game play on Heretic. Bitter Heretic: This one is made by Lagi and is a literal masterpiece of a gameplay mod. Quest for the Crystal Skulls.

So your new suggestions should appear there soon. There are exceptions where I don't add the wad to the collection. I have to check if it has something engaging to offer first. Nothing wrong with self shilling especially in this case. I had to do the same but only because half the time none of us would even know this stuff exists. So brutal. So good.

Hexen HD This is a graphics pack for Hexen. This is jawdrop gorgeous. No monster sprites, but clarity was like playing Hexen with Skyrim level graphics. Ot at least I had to do that. Dark Deity's Bastion I can't believe no one mentioned this! Twisted Reality. Hexen Rebalanced gameplay mod. That's generally a rule with high fidelity graphics. Ever since Quake 3 games have looked better with texture filtering as high as possible in my opinion. I went through all recent suggestions and 42 wads are now featured with release year and links.
